I definitely have that "move a lot slowly" thing down

    Primal Blueprint Expert Certification
Except yesterday it was move a lot quickly. I'm in the SCA - I might have mentioned this - and yesterday people started striking camp earlier than I thought they would, so we had to get all our stuff back out of the tent that people had been kind enough to let us sit in. Three trips back and forth from campsite to car later and all the stuff was in the car except our four chairs, which we took with us to court. But we had to move fast.

I don't count a cooler with ice and some food in it as a "heavy thing," and it was "drag heavy thing," not "lift heavy thing" if it was, so it doesn't count. But I definitely moved around a lot yesterday!
Primal eating in a nutshell: If you are hungry, eat Primal food until you are satisfied (not stuffed). Then stop. Wait until you're hungry again. Repeat.

I was pretty wiped out. When we got home I was asleep about ten minutes after we had dinner. I'm still pretty tired today, too.

just keep doing what you're doing.

have you broken that plateau you hit a while back?

I'm in the same boat Griff, so don't worry

I'm trying the "give up dairy" route now. Might also work out more heavily than the PBF bodyweight exercises.

For some reason my brain is classifying all the various activities you performed as a possible WOW called the "Break Camp Hustle". ;)

Another thought... with your primal training you're adaptable enough -- and healthy enough already -- to rise to the occasion and just do what needed doing. In my mind that's a big part of what primal is about; ideally, by default you will find yourself physically able to do whatever happens to need doing.

... I'm sure it was still a workout though! Whew!

Yeah, it really was. I also had to deal with my insect-phobic daughter, who was Not Coping Well, so I had some mad to work off, too. *sigh* But it really was great to just be ABLE to do it. A year and a half ago, I would have been flailing.
