Today was my first day and after a big binge last night I had bad abdomonal pains today which meant I could not properly follow my outlined routine, I ate the following today; lamb chops, double cream, salad, tahini, almonds and flaxseeds , butter, whey, cheese and some splenda. I was not very happy with myself as I should have avoided the artificial sweeteners and skipped the whey as I didn't exercise.

Tommorrow I'll eliminate all dairy apart from butter so I can cook my eggs. I'll also eliminate the splenda.

I'll try and keep this updated on a regular basis. My 30 day challenge will end on the 4th of october.
