Newbie from Spain
Just a quick Hi/Hola from a new member.
Englishman living in Spain,competitive cyclist and above all a new covert to a Paleo type diet.
I was looking for breakfast ideas after giving up grains and stumbled on to this site........i signed very quickly!!!
Great site and looks full of like minded people and info i was looking for.
My breakfast at the moment is protein shake and fruit.
If any other athletes or cyclists would like to tell me what they have for breakfast i would appreciate the information.

I have three eggs cooked in coconut oil first thing and then a smoothie about 2 hours later. The smoothie contains an egg yolk, half a banana, half an avocado, half a cup of wild blueberries and half a cup of raspberries. It's very tasty and smooth. I prefer to use real protein sources such for protein rather than substitutes, but that's just me!
