Note to self: do not eat brussel sprouts and cauliflower in same day

Never again will I eat brussel sprouts (about 8 roasted) and cauliflower (like a whole small head) over the course of 30 hours.
This is the kind of gas that teenage boys on a campout pray for! WOW, pretty bad when you know what caused the gas because it somewhat smells like the original food! NASTY!

Sorry if that is TMI, just what to spare someone else the shame!

Oh my. Cabbage things can cause trouble in groups.
Started PB late 2008, lost 50 lbs by late 2009. Have been plateaued, but that thing may just be biting the dust: more on that later.

Yeah, I learned that lesson via Brussel Sprouts and broccoli.

    Bahaha! *sits down beside redflame*

I got the toots today from the coconut milk smoothie I shared with my hunny last night. Sweet vs. savory? Probably not.

No issues with solid material, but the gaseous horror had one hell of a stench.

From the sound of "redflame's" nickname, somebody already lit a match.

I get the same effect with broccoli or cauliflower WITHOUT the brussels sprouts. It's all a matter of thresholds. I can only have a VERY LITTLE of either, and it's got to be RAW.

I can handle some raw cabbage, and lots of fermented cabbage, but cooked cabbage -------------------- you don't want to be around me.
