Rest -- 11 min
Set 2 -- 10:15 min
Decline Pushups - 35 ---- still cant get this number where I want it in set 2
Chin up - 6
Squats - 86 --- can't do this without breaks yet as in set 1
hand stand pushups -- 4 --- not sure why this number decreased from last workout
Planks (Full/left/right) -- 90/60/90

Sprint day!
10 minute warm up
8x50 sprints with 60 seconds rest between.
Feels comfortable, time to up the work out for next time.

Jan 13 - had a shitty workout, didn't record numbers nor did I really get in good effort
