I never bothered with the SL forms after Mehdi started tightening the rules and made it all private. That's no way to run a forum imo.

After doing stronglifts a week, im losing definition in certain areas. I read his book and after looking at peoples before and after pictures im not impressed. sure hes strong, but look at his physique...its terrible. not someone regimen I want to follow. ive come to the conclusion that hes full of shit

Well, it, and the Starting Strength program that it is a copy of, are not bodybuilding programs in any way. They don't promise anything about "definition" or "physique" - they promise that you'll be squatting 300 and deadlifting 400 within a year. Go look at the form check videos on the Starting Strength forum - there are lots of middle aged and overweight guys getting darn strong, but not necessarily with great physiques.
strong does not = looking strong.

F 5 ft 3. HW: 196 lbs. Primal SW (May 2011): 182 lbs (42% BF)... W June '12: 160 lbs (29% BF) (UK size 12, US size 8). GW: ~24% BF - have ditched the scales til I fit into a pair of UK size 10 bootcut jeans. Currently aligning towards 'The Perfect Health Diet' having swapped some fat for potatoes.
