Holy shit!!! I have done no exercise in a full week!!! Taking the dog for her walk counts as moving slowly, but that's all I've done. We'll take car of that today. But what to do? Should it be a longer workout with more stuff, or a short super intense killer?

Don't over think it. Also, it's not a bad thing to miss a bit. Gotta change shit up, and that includes frequency of workouts -- not just intensity.
Go to the park and run around with your kids, says I.![]()

Yeah, I have no problem taking a week off to recover when I need to. This week, however, was just being too busy with crap and tired from stress. I don't care for that reason. As for play, that's the plan for the weekend. They're having an earth day festival at a near by park. I'm sure I can make a fool of myself in my "monkey shoes" there.
Today's workout:
Max rounds in 20 min(didn't count)
5 KB snatches each side
5 push-ups
3 pull-ups
5 sandbag thrusters
So the only change from the other day is the pull-ups, 3 instead of 5. I noticed I was hitting failure before the end of the workout. 3 works well though. I understand why some people join Crossfit gyms. It would be real easy to slack off if my mind wasn't in the game. The gym atmosphere would push you when you couldn't push yourself.
