So now not only do I get funny looks from the neighbors, but when swinging a kettlebell the new dog cocks her head sideways and looks at me like "what the hell are you doing?"

Canio, yes new dog thinks I'm nuts. She also likes to dig(grrrrrrrr), need to find a way to break that habit. Every time we give her a new toy she doesn't have play with it, she wants to go bury it.
Patrick, I don't actually own any dumbbells. I just use my kettlebells in place of the dumbbells. I've been meaning to get some(need to check Craig's list).
