    HAHA...it really wasn't that bad.

Oh, and she is about a year and a half old.

    Todays workout:

4 sets each side of 5 kb swings, 5 KB high-pulls, 5 KB snatches, 5 KB clean and press, 5 lunges
    Push-ups, 25-16-11
    Chin-ups, 8-6-5
Dumbbell rows, 2 sets of 10
Sandbag thrusters, 4 sets of 10
Bulgarian bag squats, 1 set of 20

So now not only do I get funny looks from the neighbors, but when swinging a kettlebell the new dog cocks her head sideways and looks at me like "what the hell are you doing?"

What are you using for dumbbell weights? 20lb?

Canio, yes new dog thinks I'm nuts. She also likes to dig(grrrrrrrr), need to find a way to break that habit. Every time we give her a new toy she doesn't have play with it, she wants to go bury it.

Patrick, I don't actually own any dumbbells. I just use my kettlebells in place of the dumbbells. I've been meaning to get some(need to check Craig's list).

I dunno. I'd say your kettlebells are probably better!

    Today's workout:

    Tabata KB Snatches X2
    Tabata KB Swings X2
    Push-ups, 25-18-12
    Pull-ups, 8-5-3
    Chin-ups, 6-4
Squats with heavy bag on shoulder and KB in opposite hand, 6 sets of 10

You know, Patrick said when I took the time off to let my back heal I just might come back stronger than where I left off. Well, I went up 10 lbs in the weight I'm using for the Tabata snatches. What do you know about that shit?

Here's just a random bit of info for you: It is very distracting when a dog tries to sniff your ass when you are trying to do a pull-up.

I'm starting to lift heavier at the gym as well. I'm starting to use 12 lb dumbbells in the gym for arms and then weights are going up in everything.

LOL about the dog. That is why I love the gym. I don't have to worry about getting sniffed.
