I feel like total shit. I felt it coming on, but was writing it off as other stuff. Saturday I was feeling kind of fatigued, but just figured I over did it with the chocolate covered macadamia nuts I had for "Fun Friday Movie Night" with the kids. Then on Saturday we went to a Chinese buffet for dinner. I avoided all of the obviously breaded stuff and stuck with meat, vegetables, and rice. When I felt worse that night I just assumed it was from all of the hidden crap in the Chinese food. When I woke up on Sunday I was all congested and felt like I had been hit by a bus. Still felt like shit this morning and had to call off of work. Hopefully it goes away by tomorrow so I don't have to keep missing work.
