I buy my coconut oil from the following place https://www.sunfood.com/food/coconut...ra-virgin.html
I've recently purchased more - the first bucket lasted me almost 2yrs.... (that's with using just for cooking...if I used for both cooking and moisturizer I would use it up fast!)

I have a couple thoughts. First, on a forum like this is it really necessary to use the f word in the second line of your post? I think you have posted a lot of good info in the past but the word choice in this post helps nothing.

Second, it is clearly a tablespoon (which is 3 teaspoons) that has 120 calories.

Third, adding too much coconut oil too fast to my diet led to some unpleasant digestive issues. I cut back then ramped up slowly and am fine now.

Fourth, another easy way to get some more coconut oil in your diet is to use it as a warm salad/cole slaw dressing. So what I'll do is sautee some bison tongue or other meat in coconut oil with spices. After the meat has cooked, I pour the liquid oil over my cole slaw with all the spices. It makes a very nice seasoned dressing, try it.

You can also chew on the flakes as a snack. Tropical Traditions sells gallon pails of the larger flakes and coconut cream which is very yummy too and good in coffee.
