I completed the 30 day health challenge and did really good on the food and not so great on the exercise.. probably lost about 5 pounds and never once felt hungry during a day (even sitting on plane for 5 hours delayed in Chicago).

So my next 30 day personal challenge is such:

1) Eliminate Diet Sodas (I occasionally has these during August)

2) Increased Exercise to a minimum of 4 times a week.

3) Continue Primal Eating Patterns..
