    any recommendations for guided meditations?

I'm going through a phase where I'm having trouble sleeping. I think doing guided meditations in the evening before bed could help by silencing the "chatter" I get in my mind as soon as my head hits the pillow.

In the past I've downloaded some free guided meditation mp3s from some websites of varying quality levels. I'm wondering if anyone can recommend anywhere to get good quality guided meditations (audio quality good & content good). I don't mind buying cds or a subscription to a website but of course would be really happy with anything free. My preference is for them to be about 10-15 minutes in length.

I hope someone else out there uses guided meditation and has some favourites...

I love Jon Kabat-Zinn's mindfulness meditation cds. You can get them at Amazon, etc. Not specifically for "sleep" but really well done and helpful.

Jack Kornfield has some nice stuff. Look for the intro to insight meditation. Very simple breathing stuff, very relaxing.

I have to second Kabat-Zinn. Zonks me out every time, even tho they're not necessarily for sleep.
