Ideal D levels during a pregnancy?
Am looking for data/info on vitamin D levels for pregnant women.
There is no reason to think that optimal D levels for pregnant women should be any different than D levels for anyone else. The Hollis/Wagner study gave 400 IU, 2000 IU or 4000 IU per day. That might be worth looking up.

It's best just to test and treat.
