An interview and the ongoing debate page

Hi All. I'm a journalist in NYC and interviewed Mark for my website this week. I'm *also* a long-time vegan, which came up a lot in our chat.


When I published the piece, I got a lot of feisty emails from vegan readers who disagreed with much of the position. I'd like to promote it a little bit to readers on the other side of the fence - and I'm hoping to interview a former vegan who made the full transition. Read Lierre Keith's "The Vegetarian Myth" very thought provoking and insightful. Fast read, too. I can't recommend it highly enough! It is NOT inflammatory, it is not mean spirited, it is a deep look at humanity, agriculture and sustainability. VERY important to read, understand and put her tenants to work in our world.
