Thankyouthankyouthankyou for making this sticky Mark. It's much more encompassing than I had hoped for. I'm soooo glad you did this.

i've got a really boring basic question about the forum itself, are the different colour icons for the titles or any relevance?

    Hey, everyone!

I just completed a three-part guide meant as an intro to the Primal/Paleo lifestyle. I posted it in the Resources section and people seemed to like it, so hopefully it's fine that I toss it up here too.

    Hope it helps!

    New and loving it!

I've been eating primal for a month now and I've lost 23 pounds so far! My energy level is up, I'm sleeping better, and I'm no longer ravenously hungry all the time. The weight is just melting off!!

Yes! These definitely need to be on the list.
    Ancestral Health Info

I design websites and blogs for a living. If you would like a blog or website designed by someone who understands Primal, see my web page.

Primal Blueprint Explorer My blog for people who are not into the Grok thing. Since starting the blog, I have moved close to being Archevore instead of Primal. But Mark's Daily Apple is still the best source of information about living an ancestral lifestyle.

I began eating primal almost 2 weeks ago and have lost 7 pounds. I visited the doctor today for my annual physical and my cholesterol is at 256, Tri at 80, HDL at 52, and LDL at 188. My doctor was very concerned and insisted that I begin statins immediately and for the rest of my life. I asked a few questions concerning the different types of LDL, as well as the effects of such a diet. After reading the posts about cholesterol and the ratios I wonder if I know more about this than my doctor. I feel great, I am never hungry, and I have stopped snacking. I can not believe how easy this is. I can not help but feel angry, let down, and disappointed with doctors, the USDA, and food companies. My eyes have been opened. It is like my own little Matrix. I choose the Red Pill. Thanks Mark.
