hello all...i'm 12 days in and have given up grains completely...but not sugar. I have fruit (maybe one or two servings per day, some days none) and every night I have a small scoop of ice cream. Other than that, everything else is primal...breakfast is a primal omelette, lunch a primal salad, dinner is chicken or salmon with vegetables. I excercise 3x per week, about 30 minutes on the elliptical. It's a start! I'm 5'4" and 138. I feel great but I'm not losing an ounce...in fact I've gained a pound or two! Any suggestions?
