Sweet, Riv! Just installed it. My current 'shopping list' was just a sticky note app. Will give feedback as I use it.

In the future, syncing between the website and phone will be free and all basic features will be free... but when we implement widgets, real-time list sharing, and other features that are not -required- for regular use we will have a fee. We want the app to be as accessible as possible so that people won't feel like they -have- to upgrade in order to use it... but our "plus" features are going to be freaking amazing and hopefully draw em in![]()
Grocery shopping today- love this app! I even "had fun" this morning scanning things in my kitchen to add to the list. Everything I scanned came right up, even the foods I get at international markets.
I added in all my spices tonight. A couple of things there, if you could tag a spice you own for repurchase. You know, like you're about to run out. Also, and maybe this is because I'm a rube, a simple description available with the spice, along with basic dishes it complements.
And lastly, a smaller font on the shopping list would be nice so you can see more of your shopping list at once.
Again, love the app. Thanks!!

There is an option for changing the font size. From the application home screen press the menu/options button on your phone (on my motorola droid it is the second from the left) and click settings. The first option "List item font size" will let you change it to something smaller.
I like your idea of flagging a spice for repurchase. Our next release contains a level indicator, aka "low, medium, high" so you can have a rough estimate of how much of each spice you have when you enter it into your phone. We can probably implement a way to use that in order to present a list of spices you should consider purchasing.
Thank you for the feedback!
Nice app. Was just going through the pantry scanning stuff. Working good so far. Of course now with the to do list on my phone my wife may expect me to get things done. On second thought, DAMN YOU RIVVIN
nerd.
As it's free, as soon as I can work out how to download it I'll give it a crackbut would I be right to assume that the barcode recognition etc will be US-based?
