Man, life is too crazy to keep up with a journal.

I've been eating a little more dairy then I probably should, and my face is getting red and blotchy again. Since dairy is the only odd thing lately, I suspect a correlation there.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.

Yup, dairy isn't as benign as you would think. I just dropped dairy and my sinus issues went away within two days. Issues I had been dealing with for many, many years.

Does eating separately really work? How is this going?

Done it forever, no issues. Eat, poop, repeat. Except for a random IBS flare-up and some uveitis.

LOLZ, still eating cheese! How can I quit?! So convenient and yummy!

Got home, haven't eaten in 12 hours, was hungrier than usual so I am actually eating! Usually I just go to bed.
    Glass of water first, then:
+/- 4 oz. Kerrygold Dubliner aged cheese.
    One five-finger death-pinch of nuts.
Last night had a pound of bacon, coffee with a cup of coconut milk, and four eggs. Wasn't hungry for eleven hours, but then a bell rang at the twelfth hour!

    Slept ten hours yesterday.

+100000000 I've tried just to see if there's any noticeable difference in how I feel. Nada. So, I guess I didn't inherit any lactose intolerance, thank the CheeseGods!

Who says back fat is a bad thing? Maybe on a hairy guy at the beach, but not on a crab.

I can get away with - less than I'm dousing my body with. I have cut back slightly, and sometimes go two or three days without it. But, yeah it's pretty easy to justify a good cheese. I digest aged cheeses and raw dairy well! You got the dense calories for the price, the K2, all the other nutrition, the fat, the OMGthisIStheBESTfoodIwantTOeatITeverydayASlongASiL IVE... *ahem*. I think you see the conundrum!

Well, dammitall, I have discovered that dairy in any form causes instant and prolonged bloat and I so want to be able to eat cheese!

I'm gonna live vicariously through you.
