I was wondering if anyone had some techniques they use to reduce stress. I'm trying to find some when I'm being piled on with homework and all these other things ... just a way to relax and such.

I take naps a lot, those are nice.
Before it started getting too cold here I'd go out to the pool late in the evening, once it got dark, and just swam lightly, and sometimes just floated on my back, stargazing. Very quiet, no issues, felt great. Might work if you live somewhere warm.
Napping works well for me. Wait until your brain really can't take any more then kick back for 20 minutes. You're a new man when you 'wake up'.
