    Nice. I'm looking forward to more of the gymnastics tutorials!

    Can you recommend a build-up workout? I'm assuming Skin-the-cats a'plenty!

    Definitely practice skinning the cat a lot. Doing a lever with your knees bent is also a bit easier. I still need more practice to get it totally straight.

    Did you check out my other tutorial on front levers and back lever training?
