Supplements, please help
I am currently supplementing with 5000IU (1000IU/25lbs) of Vitamin D and fish oil (good EPA/DHA levels).
I want to look at supplementing Mg (DVs from food are very low), zinc (for acne) and biotin (for hair). I know that there is a lot of supplement information on the forum, but I don't really know where to start. How much to take? What form? Do any of the supplements inferere with each other?
Any information from a supplement guru would be greatly appreciated.

If you're interested, here are the respective supplements that I take:
Life Extension, Magnesium blend (500 mg) -- these don't cause too many digestive problems for me, and I've been pretty satisfied with them; I'm considering alternating these and other brands/forms of Mg
Jarrow Formulas, Zinc-Copper Balance (supplementing with more than 60 mg/day of zinc has been found to cause copper deficiency, so these caps are one way to help avoid this problem)
Now Foods, Biotin
