Ok, Pandadude 
I will try to set up some sort of a weekly plan where I can workout the muscles specifically for maximum 45mins(1-2 times a week) and take a walk almost daily, and change between short and long distances.
But you know, we do have many fine hills to climb here in Norway, so I might have a go at that one beautiful day..
