Thought some might find it interesting. A diet high in vitamin D, A, C, beta carotene and calcium protect against the anti-nutrients and some of the negatives associated with phytates etc.
Apparently coffee is has phytic acid and so does chocolate (especially raw ). Coconut flour and nut flours should also be treated like grains to remove toxins because they are also high in gut irritants and anti-nutrients.
Good advice here if you want to indulge in grains or gluten free alternatives.
