How Much to Eat?
I am doing an analysis of my Mom's daily intake of food. There was a calculation Mark talked about in his book (mine is loaned out) describing total calories necessary based on activity level, gender, etc, and broke down the amounts of carbs, protein, and fat. Does anyone know what the calculation is? Thanks!
Here is a link to a calculator that will approximate one's caloric needs. The macros aren't quite perfectly adjustable though.
