    Getting enough food

    Primal Fuel
    How do you do it?
    I'm 18, a male, around 215 lbs, about 16-19% BF, and it's tough to eat enough food, and this is my huge obstacle to not eating crap. I get realllllllllllllly hungry, and bam.

    Batty's Butter Balls. The raspberry flavor is dangerously good, and almost entirely butter.

    The basic principle is fat. Eat fat. Eat it in stuff, on stuff, and by itself.

    Zone diet on and off for several years....worked, but too much focus on exact meal composition
    Primal since July 2010...skinniest I've ever been and the least stressed about food

    smother everything in butter/coconut oil/lard.

    If you dont eat sweetpotatos you might try those. Very filling.

    Interesting. I think the hardest part is fitting it around my schedule. Grill, grill, grill! Fry, fry, fry! Ah. How I wish for cheap paleo fast food.

    cooking large meals helps. Primals leftovers are delicious.

    should you worry about calories when trying to eat enough?
    im adding weight at the moment..cause im to damn skinny...like bad health skinny
    155lbs at 6ft5..
    ive cut out IFing..to once a week at the most.
    drinking raw organic milk (the joys of living in a wee irish town)
    more eggs...
    sweet potatoes after my workouts (a good amount to be fair)
    and fats...

    I wouldn't IF at all. I would stuff the living hell out of myself if i were you, and try to eat mostly clean but not worry too much about it
