grass fed beef - northern ohio
We've been primal for about 3 weeks now and just had our first grass fed beef. These were rib-eye steaks from Jonathan Berger's farm in north central Ohio and they were absolutely delicious. We were careful to follow his grilling instructions (don't overcook!) and used only salt and butter. Melt in your mouth!
