What sort of protein do you eat?
a. fatty proteins, meats, cheese, eggs... CAKE ICE CREAM??? WTF???
b. lean CW crap
c. vegetable sources
What sort of fat do you use?
a. butter, STICK MARGARINE, SHORTENING???, drippings ARE THEY INSANE??
b. transfat free margarine (and if you clap 3 times the margarine won't be hydrogenated), olive oil
c. use them equally.
Cake is a PROTEIN for these morons. A f-ing P.R.O.T.E.I.N.
