SO, WHAT DOES JEN'S TYPICAL DIET CONSIST OF?

Wholewheat toast with apple butter, a quarter cup of low fat cottage cheese and a little homemade granola
White peach and ginger smoothie made with coconut water

    LUNCH OPTIONS

Salad made with a little halloumi cheese, puy *lentils, cucumbers and tomatoes
Salad made with a quarter cup of white beans alongside fennel, tomatoes, flat-leaf parsley, dill and chives
    Celery soup

    DINNER OPTIONS

White fish dressed with a quarter cup of walnuts, beaten egg and Cajun seasoning, served over steamed green beans.
Marinated salmon (served with asparagus, chives and maitake mushrooms)

Her diet sounds incredibly bland, unfulfilling and gross to me.

I think the Wendy's lady had it right "Where's the BEEF?!"

Celebrities like her are the reason I just can't get through most of my female friends.

but but but but but Demi Moore eats nothing but raw food and veggies and she's thin!

she's also a fucking millionaire and an idiot, so you're halfway there.

It's true....some women are that stupid....they are like sheep...they'll read anything in the media and believe it....such as...

"Eat this way and you will be thin. Because thin is good. Men want thin (can't you tell by all the gorgeous supermodels and actresses!!)

Men don't want girls with flesh - it means they don't take care of themselves..."

I always heard that JA ate a low carb diet? I remember her being an advocate of Atkins. Did she really say she ate this way or is it just the media speculating again using information from "a friend".

I think this is just a "posh" way to eat, and the thought of eating like primals do is too "dirty" or "oily" for these celebrities, and for all the wannabe's that look up to them... thoughts?

Am I the only one who thinks that the fish with with walnuts and egg sounds nasty?

I don't get it how people can eat like that. I saw Riverdance last year and I was sooooo disappointed with the female lead. She had zero energy, was barely picking up her feet and missed half of her taps. Then I found out that this is what she eats:

All I've ever heard her say she was on was The Zone. I think she's been a Zone eater for many years, but I could be wrong.
