    So, i'm poor and can't afford the high quality supps offered on the net, etc.... Given this, would you recommend taking Walmart brand fish-oil, potassium, and coq10 over nothing at all? Just curious.

    They're hella cheap. They give you deals like buy 2, get 3 free. That's where I get all my stuff.

    Fish oil: go high quality, less prone to rancidity and less contamination
    Vitamin D, Calcium, Magnesium and MAYBE potassium: only other vitamins you need, any cheap brand is probably fine, I would order online for the best deals
