Greeting from St. Augustine, Florida. I have lived a modified Korg lifestyle since birth (with exception of a higher protein diet and no medications). I'm 42 years old and suffered a serious knee injury at work in August while catching bad guys. I had knee surgery two weeks ago and was afraid to get on scale after the 40 days of sitting while waiting on surgery. I jumped on and I was 290lbs...(I'm 6'1 tall) Now I have a very large frame and 22 years ago when playing college football I was 272 with 8% body fat. Since then I have seesawed between 250 and 300lbs. My energy level is low and my joints ache. My exercise is somewhat limited due to my recovering injury, but the change in my diet has been simple. Before my injury I walked 10+ miles a week. I'm a believer and can't wait for success!
