I don't think I have ever cooked a beef brisket. Anyone have a good, easy recipe?

    low & slow...
like a pot roast. Brown it, then braise it. Maybe add some red wine to the stock. Cook it a day ahead, then slice it up & put the slices back in the broth & pop it all in the oven for a couple hours.

Put in the crockpot. Add beef broth to half cover. Cook until it falls apart. Douse liberally with salsa. Eat in wrapping object of choice (egg wrap, lettuce, nori...)
Or put it in the pressure cooker for 20 min, then douse in salsa and do the wrap.
Or cook meat until it falls apart, slather in SOG BBQ sauce, and do the wrap.
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, steak in one hand, chocolate in the other, yelling "Holy F***, What a Ride!"
