3)It's novel. She keeps it interesting which is key for me. I get bored easily.
4)It's primal. just about all bodyweight exercises. While most of the workouts are done as HIIT (ie sprints), it's easy to modify to do it as 'lift heavy things' by simply slowing it down and taking breaks as needed rather than keeping pace with the intervals.
6)It's efficient. 12-20 minutes a day.
7)She always has mods for both level and equipment availability.
I really like this one. And there are 50 or 60 I like equally as well.
