Having my 1st Bacon Fat omelete

    Primal Fuel
And I have to say I am hooked!! I have been using butter which is phenomenol, but thanks to you guys ranting about bacon fat I had to try it. I have a bit of bacon fat from the last pound of bacon I made the other day and I tried it just now with an omelete...I don't think I will ever go back to butter Well I might have to if I can't keep the bacon fat supply in the house LOL.

I tried brussels sprouts cooked in bacon fat the other day because everyone here was suggesting it. I don't think I will cook them any other way now.

I use it so much that I bought this stoneware grease keeper:

OK so where did you get that stoneware grease keeper...please share. I think I need one. I so want to try the brussels sprouts in bacon fat. Tonight I made the Primal Chili from the cookbook and I started it with bacon fat.....best chili I ever had.

I use the bacon grease to cook damn near everything these days. I cook my eggs in it almost every morning and they are awsome. I might have to check out that grease keeper, although it is a bit more expensive than the mason jar I use now. The built in strainer looks nice though.
