Daily Recommended Values
a friend of mine asked me a question i couldn't answer about primal.
since we are going against the grain and getting most of our calories from fat,
what are the recommended values for fat? (men and women)
i know carbs 50 to 100, 100 to 150 etc.
protein, 1 g per lb
sodium 3500 ish
sugar,,, lower the better?
how about fat?
is there such a thing as too much fat even if you are not exceeding you daily caloric intake? or
is the fat intake governed by your caloric intake?
i couldn't find anything on the forum, or articles... thanks for your help.
