Protein Powder, Branched Chain Amino Acids, and Life Expectancy
An article in Mail Online made extravagant claims about a great increase in life expectancy benefiting the user of body-builder protein powder. It's not clear how much protein powder was supplemented, nor whether they used whey protein or branched-chain amino acids (BCAA). For what reasons would one prefer whey protein or BCAA to the other?
