    Pumpkin Muffins from the cookbook

I made the pumpkin muffins from the cookbook the other day. I did not use choc. chip or the nuts in them. Are they okay to eat daily or should they be viewed as a treat?

I don't see any reason you can't eat them daily. It's eggs and coconut flour and pumpkin. A tiny bit of honey, but seriously the tiny bit that's in each muffin doesn't really count for much. Im trying to remember the ingredients off of the top of my head, but seriously.. these are NOT grainy muffins. There really is no reason to limit them unless you want to...
