I've just done a Griff...
And I was able to tell that little voice to STFU (y'know the one which moans on and on about calories and how eating all this is gonna make me fat...?)
All I was gonna have was a tin of sardines and salad. Ten minutes later there were 3 empty tubs on the counter: -
A 1lb tub of Fage
A 0.5lb tub of ricotta (I can't bring myself to buy mascarpone, that to me seems a bridge too far)
A 10floz tub of cream (only light cream, though! I've stopped buying heavy cream - the calories were freaking me out!)
And I don't feel guilty (though that little voice is telling me that Griff probably weighs twice what I do and, stating the obvious here, he's a bloke and, therefore, can handle the extra calories. I'm only a 118lb lassie!)
So, is it all gonna catch up with me (cos I've been doing it quite a bit of late - not that I can really afford to, not with Fage at $4.10 a tub! How much is it over there...?)?

The only thing you should worry about is the price. Don't plan on only eating salad and sardines, I plan everyday to stuff myself at 2 meals to keep my weight up(a bit of IF).
SV. You need to focus on getting lots of plants and animals into your body and being healthy. I see a lot of stressing over specifics on here and I don't think that it's doing you ANY favours.
Have you listened to any of Rob Wolf's podcasts? Over and over again he reiterates that people see the results they are stressing over when they STOP counting (calories, fat, protein, whatever) and just eat what they want in terms of meat and non-starchy vegetables.
Light cream? embrace your inner Primal and get the real stuff. Light = Real * Processing, and thus not as good.
That volume of dairy may end up catching up with you at some point, but not for calories or fat content... my system doesn't tolerate dairy very well, I end up breaking out really badly when I consume it. I know it's different for everyone though, so it may be alright for you. Some of what you had was fermented, ricotta doesn't have the chemical most people are sensitive to (it's made from just the whey)... so the cream is the only thing that would cause an issue.
I just discovered Fage last week - they even had the full-fat version! (I skip everything that says "2%" or "0%") yummy yummy yummy yummy
bugger the calorie counting! Your weight is PERFECT. Like darien says - git more veggies in your belly! I bet some Fage would make a scrumptious tzatziki sauce/dressing! You have such marvelous cucumbers in the UK...
