I wasn't really sure where to put this. Fitness seems most appropriate.
So having lost all this weight, I have spots where the skin just isn't firm at all. Is there anything I can do to tighten it up?
My Mom swares by drinking a glass of warm water first thing in the morning with real lemon juice squeezed in it,. suppose to help tighten the skin!
also a good rub with a mix of olive oil and a few drops of Bio Oil.........hope it helps xoox Darlene
