Help me decipher these Glucosamine Choices
I have a bad knee and a bad shoulder. I want to start taking glucosamine along with my multi-vit, fish oil, and vit-D but at Walmart today I had no idea which of these I should be taking.
I would really appreciate it if some of you vitamin guru's could please help me in determining which of these is the best/safest bang for the buck. I am such a newbie when it comes to this stuff and some of you guys know so much about supplements it would be stupid of me not to ask for help!

Okay so apparently nobody here knows anything about glucosamine, but I would be curious if anyone had ever tried this product:
This stuff is all I hear people talking about at my crossfit box... I am seriously thinking of buying some but would love some opinions on it if anyone's tried it.
