What programs or websites have you guys found successful for tracking nutrition data? I have a iPad, so if there is an app that works too, or it can be based.

Or Sparks I actually like better, gives great reports and you can get micronutrients, I also feel it is easier to use. One aspect I like better is that I can log in a particular meal and then with 2 clicks I can duplicate the same components onto another meal or another day. It is also free to join

Another vote here for SparkPeople, I love using it, very easy.
