Joint pain---gone.
Severely damaged knee---healed, pain-free and functional w/o surgery (this amazed the doctor)
Skin is smoother, wrinkles around the eyes much reduced.
Nails are perfect. No more funky ridges and little white spots.
IBS---gone.
I would say something like, "I feel 20 years younger", except 20 years ago I was eating crap and felt terrible.
Guess I should say, "I feel alive!"![]()

My ears have totally stopped ringing!
No more hypoglycemia, ie. getting dizzy if I don't eat every 4-5 hours max!
Also, a nice dewey complexion. Strangers complement me on my complexion when I have zero makeup on :-)
I just posted about this in 'symptoms of going off plan....I just realized recently that my plantar fasciitis pain goes completely AWAY. I know this because when I have a whoopsie daisy day, it comes racing back in full, debilitating force.
I have noticed much better muscle recovery... even when I used to work out all the time, the moment I did a move I wasn't used to I had muscle soreness for a week. Now I have muscle soreness for about a day and I'm ready to go.
Same with injury recovery... pulled a groin muscle a few weeks back and it only took about 3 days to heal.

Screw "moderation"!!
Injury recovery - yes! That's amazing, especially for a diabetic who is supposed to be sloooooooow to heal. Three to four days, tops.
Add in: No more arthritis, migraines, IBS, minimization of asthma, normalized blood sugars... weight loss goes almost without saying...
Yeah, happy with this.
Primal eating in a nutshell: If you are hungry, eat Primal food until you are satisfied (not stuffed). Then stop. Wait until you're hungry again. Repeat.
