I mistakenly bought coconut cream instead of coconut milk earlier this week and it has been the best mistake I ever made! Problem is now I feel completely addicted to the stuff, I've been eating about half a can a day - sometimes more. Generally I don't feel bad about anything I eat since going paleo/primal since I eat like a lumberjack but have been consistently getting smaller, but I'm wondering if my new found love of coconut cream is going to make me start gaining back the weight I've lost.

Can anyone tell me how much is too much?
