    Do you need fish oil?

I'd rather spend that extra 15 on better quality food.

I gave up looking for fish oil over here ages ago

I think Solgar do a supplement that's pure DHA - seem to remember seeing that on the shelves. I don't know what it costs - it takes courage to turn those little golden bottles round and find the price tag. Maybe it'd be possible to get a balance by taking a few of those plus a standard, cheaper fish oil?

I was interested in the effect of more DHA on mood, but to be honest at that price it isn't happening! Maybe I'll cheer myself up by swimming in all the money I'll save

I picked up my D3 supp from them too. Having said that, I fully expect s customs charge in the next couple of days.
