This whole thread is kinda crazy....I have never even thought about iodine and whether I'm getting enough or not. Is the implication that, by eliminating grains and processed carbs, I am no longer getting enough iodine? What if I eat fish, and meat, and vegetables? Am I ok? I am inclined to believe so....but I am currently watching the 'Iodine Why You Need It' videos......
