Kale Slaw, AND spice blend recipe

We love this slaw recipe....but even moreso love the spice blend. Its not for the week tounged, but can me modified a little for those woosies.
KALE SLAW
4 cups kale (shredded)
1/4 cup carrot (peeled, shredded)
1/2 cup walnuts (chopped, toasted)
1/2 cup mayonnaise, can substitute greek yogurt, can decrease a little too
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar (I use honey, can use any type of sweetner)
2 tablespoons seasoning mix (below)
Combine the kale, carrots and walnuts.
Whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar and spices.
Toss with mix.
Cover. Chill 1 hour.
SPICE BLEND
2 teaspoon ground allspice
2 teaspoon dried oregano
2 teaspoon dried thyme
2 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoon cayenne (decrease if you dont like it too spicey)
1 1/3 teaspoon curry powder
1 1/3 teaspoon sugar (I leave it out)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon clove
This spice blend makes 4+ batches of the slaw. I mix it all together and keep it in the spice cabinet. It is great used on roasted veg (cauliflower the best) and used for all kinds of meats and poultry.
