Paleo meetup in SYDNEY this Saturday! page

Hi Groksters,

I've created a Paleo meetup group: Modern Paleo Sydney

We are having the first meetup this Saturday 9th of October in Pirrama Park, Pyrmont (also known as Pyrmont Point Park) kicking off midday ~12pm. Casual BBQ at beautiful Pirrama park on the water, hopefully the Paleo gods give us a healthy dose of vitamin-D giving Sun to enjoy some good company and tasty grass-fed beef & pastured pork snags (+ maybe a drink or two)!

Really just a casual meet & greet for those already living the paleo lifestyle, or newcomers who are interested in learning more about it, all are welcome! There will be some food going on the bbq for everyone, but please feel free to bring some food or drinks along also!

If you can make please do come along!

BBQ is going ahead as planned tomorrow! The weather man says there is a 'chance of slight rain' early in the day, however all reports are it should be fine and clear come midday. If for some reason the weather is not nice to us we'll move it to the cafe right next door called Savichees which is a great little cafe, bar, and tapas place, same time--midday onwards. You can actually see the cafe from the BBQ area they are that close, so very convenient if it comes to that.

Well the first Modern Paleo Sydney Meetup was an astounding success! The weather held out for us and we enjoyed a delicious BBQ in the park, the food was great and the conversation even better! I think we started around midday and didn't get out of there till 5 or 6 o clock...

Hi Guys, It's going to be at one of the follow carnivores paradise: Korean BBQ, The Chophouse, or Himalayan Char Grill. All located in/around CBD. I'll be sending out the details of the venue tonight or tomorrow (once I have a better idea of numbers), will be sure to let you both know (+ I'll post it here).
