    Nice video series, definitely something I'm going to work into my routine, thanks.

    I just read your article you wrote on Mahler's newsletter on one arm push-ups. I never really gave those a lot of thought before, but it does seem like something i want to work my up to. Good stuff.

    Thanks a lot, I'm glad you enjoyed them. I'll always be putting up new workouts and video logs as well!

    One arm push ups are an excellent technique to add to your tool box and are great for working on building upper body strength. I've got a lot more information on my website www.Jungle-Fit.com in my free magazine and my book "The Body Weight Solution" =)

    Hey thanks for the info. So I found some videos of the guy beast on youtube. Him and his boys all have great upper body strength but I can't help but think they can't squat for shit. All upper and no lower doesn't really impress me. Then again i could be wrong
