Hi, i am new to primal and have just purchased the book a few weeks ago. I have not officially gone primal yet...and to be honest I am kinda nervous. I am a recent low carber that has tried atkins and southbeach as well as everything else under the sun. Is there any advice that you would give me with just starting out? I am 5 foot and 2 inches tall and need to lose about fifty pounds and I workout a little but not much as I should obviously and I love weight training. Thanks
