Finding the balance between fat intake and total calorie intake?
I've basically plateaued at a BW and BF% and now I'm starting to stall with my strength and endurance gains. One thing I think is that I've been struggling with eating enough calories and it's starting to effect my levels of energy for LHT, etc.
Basically all the "calculators" put me in the 2300-2500 calorie range. Only problem is on days that I have a higher fat intake I struggle to break 2000 calories. On lower fat days I'm probably in the 2100-2300 range. My protein intake is about on par for where it should be (probably averaging to the lower range) between 155-175 grams per day.
