    Thanks for the sharing and i agree with you that the junk food is the best diet for the weight lose because it is easy to digest and it is a light food and increase the metabolism process.

    Not if it's full of desserts like you say

    I've always wondered about that though. What if I fasted for a really long time? It wouldn't be that detrimental to my health, provided I get the right micronutrients, right?

    Hmm... I would assume vitamin pills... but then some vitamins need fat to be metabolized so those don't work. Just water soluble ones will be absorbed.

    Just the thought of taking vitamins on an empty stomach makes me sick though... LOL

    Oh. So I guess extended fasts for longer than how long your body can last capitalizing on stored nutrients is bad? How does that work for people who end up fasting for 100 days or whatever?

    Umm... your system rapes your muscle/fat/and internal organs to keep your BRAIN going... it's called malnourished. It's EXTREMELY unhealthy. Just because it CAN be done doesn't mean it should... O_o

    Well, if I'm on a deserted isalnd I'd probably have a ton of fish and crab, no? And coconut or palm nuts?

    This reminds me of the movie Cast Away with Tom Hanks.
